Hatcheries

Paygir’s hatchery facilities, located in Agh-Ghala county has started its first production since 1981 with imported fertilized eggs from Netherlands.

This sector includes 36 setters and 36 hatchers in three separated buildings with incubating capacity of 932400 fertilized eggs per week.

Units are well-equipped with climate control systems to provide desired storing condition for chicks such as temperature, humidity, ventilation and air circulation.

In-built laboratory is responsible for carrying out microbiology, mycology and drug sensitivity tests as well as quality control of day-old chicks
